Have some questions?
Please review the information below to get more acquainted with etiquette, and general information. Knowledge is power and creates flow.
Appointments
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early! You will not be able to enter the building without a virtual key that I will send to you via text. Early arrival helps to find parking and get the most out of your session at your scheduled appointment time; arriving exactly at your appointment time will take away from the time you have scheduled.
Refunds
Spa, sound or energy treatments are not refundable.
Parking
Street parking is available on 15th Ave. in front of the Interbay Worklofts or in the large parking lot where Wellsfargo and Whole Foods is located.
Information required to book
When calling or booking an appointment, your first and last name, phone number, and a credit card number is required to have access to book an appointment. Credit cards are saved to your profile.
Gratuity
This question is asked quite frequently! Recommended tip amounts are between 15 - 20% or should reflect your experience and how you feel.
Medical conditions
Please consult with your doctor before receiving any spa treatment. If you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, are pregnant, or other health conditions please review the contraindication section, fill out your intake form accurately and honestly, and inform the studio when booking services. Certain services may exacerbate medical conditions and should be avoided.
