BOOKING POLICY

At Earth & Ash, our policies are designed to guarantee top-notch quality, care, value, and respect. Our appointment-only small business relies on our clients, and we understand that building a culture of accountability and integrity is crucial from the start.

We value your visit to our studio and regard your time with the same importance as our own. We expect you to reciprocate the same reverence for our time and Earth & Ash.

  • CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

    By booking with Earth & Ash, you authorize this establishment to process the credit card you used to book your appointment if you no-show, miss or late cancel. Your card is ONLY charged under these circumstances, and the card on file should be current and active.

    If you remove your card to avoid having your card charged for any late, missed, or no-show appointments you will be invoiced.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    Please be advised that we require a minimum of 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

    In the event that you miss, cancel, or reschedule your appointment outside this window, you will be charged or invoiced in the amount of $100. If you cannot cancel or reschedule your appointment online please CALL and leave a VOICEMAIL (if your call is missed) TEXT at 206-890-8202.

  • no emails

    Cancelling appointments via email is not an option.

    To ensure efficient communication, we request you to kindly contact us for any cancellations. It is imperative that you manage your bookings, as failure to show up, late cancellations, or no-shows will result in a 100% charge on your card on file.

  • late arrival

    Please be aware that if you are going to be 5-15 minutes late for your appointment, you must communicate via text or phone call. Failure to do so will result in your appointment time being modified, and you will be charged in full.

    I value all of my clients, but it is crucial to honor the appointment times of those who have booked and paid for their time. Maintaining a smooth flow within the studio is my priority, and keeping everyone on track is essential. Please respect my decision if your appointment needs to be rescheduled or modified.

    If you are 15-25 minutes late three times in a row, you will be removed from booking at Earth & Ash. Please be punctual and respectful of everyone's time.

  • moving appointments

    A 48-hour notice is required to move your appointment to another day. You will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please manage your appointments appropriately.

  • INVOICES

    All invoices must be paid in full before booking another appointment. 

    If you choose not to pay the invoice we reserve the right to remove you from booking with Earth & Ash.
